The group on the left is English-speaking tourists listening to a young Englishman with a very strong accent.<\/p>\n<p>I went by the Rauchhaus to take a picture, but along with all the grafitti was No Photo in big block letters on the two sides of the building facing Bethaniendamm. It seemed more sordid than 2003, but I wasn&#8217;t sure.
